User Registration

InfusedWoo can create or update a Keap contact when a new WordPress user registers on your site. This works with WooCommerce’s built-in registration (My Account page) and any registration form that creates a WordPress user.

Navigate to InfusedWoo > Modules > User Registration.

What Gets Synced

When a new user registers:

• A contact is created or updated in Keap with their name and email
• The wooevent / register Campaign Builder goal is fired
• Any configured tags are applied
• Any matching automation recipes are triggered

Configuration

Setting	Description
Enable registration sync	Turn contact creation on/off for new registrations
Tag on registration	Apply a Keap tag to new registrants
Campaign goal	The register event fires automatically for Campaign Builder

Use Cases

• Tag new registrants so you can segment them in Keap
• Trigger a welcome email sequence via Campaign Builder
• Use automation recipes to run complex workflows on registration (e.g., check if they’re an existing contact, apply different tags based on their role)
