1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InfusedWoo products and services provided by Infused Addons ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Licensing

InfusedWoo is a premium WordPress plugin sold through annual license subscriptions. Each license grants you the right to:

• Install and use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan.
• Receive plugin updates and new features for the duration of your license.
• Access our customer support for product-related issues.

Licenses are tied to your account and are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by us. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access to the plugin or your license key with third parties.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Not share your license key beyond the scope of your plan's activation limits.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Licenses are billed on an annual basis. By purchasing a license, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the time of purchase and upon each renewal period.

• Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before renewal.
• Price changes — we may adjust pricing for future renewal periods. Existing licenses will honor their current pricing through the end of their active term.
• Failed payments — if a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge again and notify you. Your license may be suspended if payment is not resolved.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin code.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding.
• Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent the licensing system or activation limits.
• Use the plugin in a way that could harm, disable, or impair our services or infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with InfusedWoo are the property of Infused Addons. Your license grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Support and Updates

Active license holders are entitled to product updates and customer support. Support is provided through our support portal and covers:

• Bug reports and troubleshooting.
• Configuration guidance and how-to questions.
• Compatibility issues with supported platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Keap).

Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts outside our control, or server/hosting configuration.

9. Third-Party Integrations

InfusedWoo integrates with third-party services including Keap (Infusionsoft), WooCommerce, and WordPress. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these third-party platforms. We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infused Addons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or that it will meet all of your specific requirements.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our team, or use the plugin in a manner that threatens the integrity of our services. Upon termination, your right to use the plugin ceases immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
