Welcome to InfusedWoo

InfusedWoo connects your WooCommerce store to Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), automatically syncing customers, orders, tags, and purchase data between the two platforms. Every time a customer places an order in WooCommerce, InfusedWoo sends that data to Keap so your CRM stays up to date without any manual work.

No coding required. Everything is configured through the WordPress admin panel.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• WordPress 5.0 or higher
• WooCommerce 6.0 or higher
• PHP 8.0 or higher
• An active Keap account (Max Classic, Max, or Ultimate)
• An InfusedWoo license key (from infusedwoo.com/portal)

What InfusedWoo Does

Once installed and connected, InfusedWoo handles the bridge between your store and your CRM:

• Syncs customers — Creates or updates Keap contacts from WooCommerce billing info on every order.
• Records orders — Sends WooCommerce orders to Keap’s ecommerce module with line items, totals, and payment details.
• Applies tags — Tags configured on your products are automatically applied to the purchasing contact in Keap.
• Triggers automations — Fires Keap campaign goals and runs InfusedWoo automation recipes so your workflows react to purchases in real time.
