30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New to InfusedWoo? Try it risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to brand new license purchases only. It's designed to give first-time customers the confidence to try InfusedWoo without risk.

What's covered

  • First-time purchases of any InfusedWoo plan (Pro, Business, or Agency).
  • Purchases made through our website, including promotional or discount codes offered directly by Infused Addons.

What's not covered

  • License renewals, upgrades, or downgrades.
  • Licenses purchased through partner, agency, or third-party referral codes (these may have their own terms).

Bug Resolution Guarantee

If you encounter a confirmed bug that prevents a core feature from working as documented, we'll work to resolve it. If our team is unable to provide a fix or workaround within 72 business hours after the bug has been confirmed, you're eligible for a full refund — regardless of how long you've held your license.

To qualify:

  • Submit a support ticket describing the issue with steps to reproduce.
  • Our team will investigate and confirm whether it qualifies as a bug (a feature not working as documented).
  • The 72 business-hour clock starts from the moment we confirm the issue.

Please note that feature requests, undocumented behaviors, and issues caused by third-party plugins or custom code are not considered bugs under this policy.

Purchased by Mistake

Accidents happen. If you purchased InfusedWoo by mistake — for example, you meant to buy a different product or didn't realize what you were purchasing — you can request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase.

This applies to all purchase types, including renewals and upgrades. Simply contact our support team and we'll take care of it.

Third-Party Compatibility

InfusedWoo integrates with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Keap. We guarantee compatibility with these core platforms as described in our documentation. Our focus is on ensuring a rock-solid core integration between these platforms.

Conflicts caused by third-party plugins, custom themes, or other add-ons are outside the scope of our refund policy — though we're always happy to help troubleshoot. Just open a support ticket and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

Cancellations

InfusedWoo licenses are sold as yearly subscriptions. If you'd like to stop using InfusedWoo, you have full control from your customer portal:

  • Turn off auto-renew — your license stays fully active for the remainder of your paid year. You'll continue to receive updates and support until it expires. You simply won't be charged again.
  • No partial refunds — since licenses are purchased on a yearly basis, we do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time remaining on an active license. When you turn off auto-renew, you keep full access through the end of your term.

You're never locked in — just turn off auto-renew before your next renewal date and your subscription will gracefully end when the current period is over.
