A New Look for InfusedWoo: Our Brand Refresh

We’ve been heads-down building for a decade. Today, it’s time to show it.

InfusedWoo has a brand new look — a new logo, a new website, and a new home online. If you’re visiting infusedwoo.com for the first time in a while, things probably look a little different. Actually, they look a lot different. And that’s the point.

Why Now?

Let’s be honest: InfusedWoo’s old website didn’t reflect the quality of the product. The plugin has matured significantly over 10+ years of continuous development. We’ve shipped hundreds of updates, supported thousands of store owners, and built one of the most reliable WooCommerce-to-Keap integrations on the market.

But the website? It looked like it was built in 2015. Because it basically was.

When we shipped InfusedWoo 4.5 — our biggest update ever, with full Keap REST API 2.0 support, HPOS compatibility, and a redesigned settings panel — we realized the gap between the product and the brand had become too wide to ignore. The outside needed to match the inside.

So we rebuilt everything from scratch.

What Changed

A Completely New Website

The new infusedwoo.com is fast. Really fast. Every page loads instantly, whether you’re browsing documentation or reading a blog post. The interactive parts — your account portal, checkout — are just as snappy.

We rebuilt the site from scratch with performance as a priority. The result scores in the high 90s on Lighthouse and feels responsive no matter where in the world you’re accessing it.

Dark Theme, Signature Lime

You’ll notice the dark aesthetic right away. It’s clean, modern, and easy on the eyes — especially if you’re the kind of person who spends a lot of time staring at screens (we’re guessing you are).

The lime green accent color ties everything together and gives InfusedWoo a distinctive visual identity. It’s bold, it’s recognizable, and we think it looks great.

A Real Documentation Hub

This one’s a big deal. We’ve built a comprehensive documentation site with 40+ pages covering every feature InfusedWoo offers:

  • Getting Started guides that walk you from installation to first sync
  • Feature documentation for contact syncing, order syncing, tag management, automation recipes, and more
  • Developer guides with hooks, filters, and API reference
  • Troubleshooting guides for common issues

No more digging through old support emails or forum threads. Everything you need is in one place, searchable, and kept up to date.

A Proper Blog

You’re reading it right now. We’re publishing tutorials, product updates, case studies, and industry insights on a regular schedule. Our goal is to make this the best resource for anyone running WooCommerce with Keap CRM — whether you use InfusedWoo or not.

Customer Portal

Your account, licenses, and downloads are now managed through a clean portal interface at infusedwoo.com. No more separate systems or confusing login flows.

What Didn’t Change

This is the part that matters most if you’re an existing customer: nothing about your day-to-day experience has changed.

  • Your plugin still works exactly the same. Same features, same settings, same reliability. The rebrand is purely on the website and brand side.
  • Your license is still valid. No action required. Everything carries over automatically.
  • Your Keap connection is untouched. Your contacts, orders, tags, and automations are all exactly where you left them.
  • Your settings are preserved. Field mappings, sync rules, automation recipes — all intact.

We didn’t change any of the things you depend on. We just made the front door a lot nicer.

The Story Behind the Brand

InfusedWoo started as a side project over a decade ago. InfusedAddons LLC was born from a simple observation: WooCommerce store owners who used Keap (then Infusionsoft) had no good way to connect the two systems. The existing options were unreliable, limited, or both.

So we built something better. And then we kept building. Year after year, update after update, customer after customer.

Along the way, the product grew up. But the brand didn’t grow with it. We were so focused on shipping features and supporting customers that the website became an afterthought. We’d fix a bug in the plugin at midnight and then realize the website still said “compatible with WooCommerce 3.x” on the homepage.

This rebrand is us catching up. It’s us saying: we’re proud of what we’ve built, and it’s time the world could see that at first glance.

What’s Next

The new website is just the beginning. Here’s what’s on the roadmap:

  • More content. Weekly blog posts, in-depth tutorials, and real customer stories. We have a lot of knowledge accumulated over 10+ years, and we’re going to share it.
  • Video tutorials. Step-by-step walkthroughs for every major feature, from basic setup to advanced automation recipes.
  • Community features. Ways for InfusedWoo users to connect, share automation recipes, and help each other. More on this soon.
  • Continued product development. The plugin keeps getting better. We have major features in the pipeline that we’ll announce when they’re ready.

Thank You

To our long-time customers: thank you. Some of you have been with us for five, seven, even ten years. You stuck with us through interface changes, API migrations, and more than a few bumpy updates. You sent us bug reports, feature requests, and the occasional kind word that kept us going.

This new brand is for you as much as it’s for us. You deserve a product — and a brand — that you can be proud to recommend.

To anyone discovering InfusedWoo for the first time: welcome. Poke around, read the docs, check out the features, and when you’re ready, give it a try. We think you’ll like what you find.

Here’s to the next decade.
